DFB Laser Diodes are high-performance optical sources designed for DWDM, CATV, sensing, and coherent communication systems. SunmaFiber offers 14-pin butterfly packaged DFB lasers with integrated TEC, thermistor, monitor photodiode, and optical isolator, ensuring excellent wavelength stability and long-term reliability. Operating at ITU grid wavelengths from 1527nm to 1610nm, they deliver narrow linewidth and stable output. Custom options include output power, piatail type, diameter, length, and connector type.
