The 1000BASE-BX-D 3km TX1550nm/RX1310nm Simplex LC/UPC BiDi SFP Optical Transceiver Module is a high-performance, cost-effective SFP transceiver designed for Gigabit Ethernet single-fiber bidirectional communication. It transmits data at 1550 nm and receives at 1310 nm, allowing full-duplex operation over a single strand of singlemode fiber (SMF) up to 3 km.
Compliant with the IEEE 802.3ah 1000BASE-BX-D standard, this BiDi SFP module features a Simplex LC/UPC connector and supports data rates up to 1.25 Gbps. It provides reliable performance, low power consumption, and easy hot-pluggable installation, making it ideal for FTTx, enterprise networks, and metro access applications. For proper operation, it must be used with the complementary 1000BASE-BX-U module (TX1310nm/RX1550nm) on the opposite end.
