The S-12 pm fiber fusion splicer is a fully automatic device that uses double cat’s eye alignment technology. It is designed for the fusion of 80-125μm polarization-maintaining fibers (including elliptical and bowtie types). It supports fusion splicing at 0° to 45°, 90° and custom rotation angles to ensure high-precision operation. The fusion splicer achieves direct alignment of the fiber end faces through dual-end face imaging, and is suitable for different types of fiber fusion with the profile/end face dual-mode axis alignment technology. Its integrated propulsion and new focusing design further ensure the accuracy of the core alignment. During the fusion process, the arc size is calibrated in real time, the arc position is adjustable, and it supports fiber alignment at different angles to ensure the versatility of fusion. In addition, the device is equipped with a windshield opening and closing signal output function, and supports software upgrades, which facilitates the export of fusion data and images and improves data management capabilities.
